Pizzaiolo Pizza Forum. a new and happy (i think) owner and user of the breville pizzaiolo pizza oven, and i had a few initial questions about its basic. last year, breville introduced the smart oven pizzaiolo, a countertop electric pizza oven that can reach 750°f (400°c) and is about the size of a large. I have had it for just a few. chefsteps (owned by breville) is having a free virtual pizza making class on saturday feb 25, 2pm et. i have only had moderate success using pizza steels in my oven, and recently i moved into an apartment with an oven that only goes up to 450f. well, i just spent close to an hour trying to clean the inside of my breville pizzaiolo. i’m always interested in different styles of pizza, and i’ve heard of olive oil base, obviously tomato sauce base. anything over 90 seconds changes the pizza characteristics and would not be considered neapolitan style.
